The Secret Banker's view
Rothschild & Co lists deal values on its M&A page. They are the sizes of the transactions, not the fees, which I think is the right way round for a brochure. The fees surface in proxies instead. Veoneer's proxy of September 2021 put Rothschild's fee at $23.3 million; the one for a different buyer, in November 2021, at $28.2 million. Dealogic ranked it fourth for UK M&A revenue in 2025.
