The Secret Banker's view
Lazard publishes no fees, but LSEG's review for 2023 put its global investment banking fees and its M&A advisory fees at the same figure, $1,031.5 million. That reads as a firm that is all advice. NextEra Energy's merger with Dominion Energy carries a fee of $70 million for Lazard, per the proxy. The website describes the work and leaves the price to the filings.
