The Secret Banker's view
Of the investment banking pages I read, only Bank of America's says who the bank is for: corporations with more than $2 billion in revenue. It says nothing about what they pay. On the wealth side the Merrill page does the work: $250,000 generally for Merrill, $3,000,000 for the Private Bank. One Merrill advisory programme carries a maximum fee rate of 1.75%. The Private Bank's own site loaded as a script with no readable text. LSEG ranked Bank of America second in global debt capital markets fees for 2025.
